At Nova Counseling, I believe that your path to wellness is unique to you. Counseling will be rooted in theoretical orientation, but also with personalized techniques to help you meet your goals in ways that make sense in your life.

I work with clients ages 13+ struggling with: sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, adoption, adjustment disorders, partner/spouse issues, PCOS/hormone issues, transgender concerns in youth & adults, & the LGBTQIA+ community.

Individual sessions are offered virtually through HIPAA compliant software.
